Our branch will look after the welfare of the customer as well. The branch manager does not care about our welfare, which is why people leave all the departments in our branch. The company is not bad a few people in it, I just say that the company is head over heels.

This organization is good for skill developments and learning new way to work in industry. Like taking follow ups for follow ups and do email more than phone calls. But rest of all the departments like Company Culture, Compensation & Benefits, Work life balance are excellent.

The procedure to get approvals Like in our organization we have to ask to every single penny guy to do something and to the higher managment.

Schindler just like a "Lala" ka company. There is no rules of regulations as per MNC standard. Immediately sacks employees without any notice. HR department just like a worthless. Schindler is not a employees oriented company as well as otis, kone, and Tk. This company came at india 1999 but till date not a single employees retired as the same.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hile and bonos every year.
