We do not ask our scribes to come to office 3 days a week. You can work permanently from home too.

TL pinging you for everything at all times Manager does not know anything and talks to you in a rude way, very unprofessional! Training during implementation is not good! You will be blamed as a scribe if you implementation team fails to make a deal with providers!

If you chose to work as a remote medical scribe for US hospitals, then it was always clear that one needs to work in Indian night shift. Hence, we dont think it is fair for anyone to complain about odd working hours after getting into this profession.
