A significant drawback in the company is the HR policy, which seems to be arbitrarily designed and subject to change at the HR's discretion. Ideally, HR should act as a bridge between management and employees, but in this case, it feels more like an extension of management. The HR has denied benefits to employees, and there is a need for management to avoid making promises without certainty. Everything and everyone in this company from management side are pathetic.. They treat us like machines.. That is why 30 days in a month are mandatory working.. They will tell one project deadline and asked us to work on weekends and even festivals, (no holiday, no festival, no special days nothing for us if we work for them) when that project ends.. Immediately next day they will come up with another project and another deadline like this consecutive 3 months without a Saturday Sunday they made us work without benefits. No one cares about our health and problems.. All they need work. Terrible partiality.. I have worked for almost 4 companies.. This is the worstest company I have ever seen....Read More

1st of all do not believe in the permanent work from home option,they can ask you to come office if they want to..and they relieve people whenever they want. Management is very bad including TL and the arrogant manager.. Target is so high and salary less.. and you have to work all 7 days no rest for eyes only compensate for the target.
