It's good to be a part of Sequelone solutions. In covid time my friends and family members were losing there jobs. But on the other hand I was getting my full salary every month and without any deduction. Yes, on that time we had lots of work pressure. But I think pressure is better than losing your job.

Dislikes

Here everything is good. But working here is challenge because you can't maintain proper work-life balance. Sometimes you have to work on saturday as well as sunday too.

Work Details

My work is here to process payroll of our client on the basis of output we received from them and check whole salary register including data which we received from client and statutory part of salary register.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Sequelone solution is great emerging start up and it's a great place to learn and explore yourself. Overall all the colleagues were extremely helpful.

Dislikes always depends from person to person, I find everyone very good and helpful so there is no dislike from my side

Company is good in prospectus of learning and improve skill but benefit of employee is not good...If employee not to do his work and more work then it is not desirable employee for a company. At appraisal, it same with another company.. gives little bit increment money..

Dislikes

About employee spends his money like conevence or food ... This money is sometime pay less amount....If any employee is best in work then his workload is increases and normal employee is ok from company prospectus....
