It was quiet a rewarding experience to work for one of the best BPO firm. Specially being a fresher working here in Serco considerbly helped me shaping my skills. According to my experience rigirous hard work yeild fruitful results and I can personally vouch for that as I was rewarded with a promotion in one year time itself
