Curriculum, training of teachers, nurturing of students by corporate office is very good.

Dislikes

School atmosphere is worst. No working culture. Implementation of curriculum is very bad. Seth M R Jaipuria Schools company is very good but the promoters of this branch have to learn the school culture.

The school I am working with, definitely have some kind of politics earlier when I joined but that much was ok, but after the evil feet of Head mistress in our school turned upside down, which is definitely not good for students and the hardworking teachers.She is a attention seeker,who doesn't want to give respect to fellow teachers but she wants everyone to respect her anyhow.She is very bad in dealing with students and the staff over here.Taking benefit of the position is not in the dictionary of a teacher.God please help the poor old lady who pretend to be the young 18 year old teenage girl ....Read More

I like the strategy of the company to keep updated their teachers with new methodologies, and practices. Their planning is good but the implementation is not up to the mark. But I learn a lot .

At the branch where I was working, there was no environment for work. No system, anything can be asked at any time. No transparency between management, parent & staff. No support from the management side likewise photocopy, printout, internet facility, medical, craft, etc teachers werealways asked to use pen and pencil to maintain the document, and preparing question papers and worksheets is completely foolish In the era of AI. Instead of using teachers' energy productively all have been under pressure to maintain documents, correction work, lesson plans, etc. Parents are committed to their children studying in smart classes but teachers are not free to use that properly either the class has no projector or if have are not functional. If it complained that it is not working teacher is been blamed you all damage. Very simply it is a machine that needs technical support always. The staff was completely frustrated due to no policy of work. Rules and regulations change according to the mood of the management. Management believes in the policy of favoritism. If I see the brand there was no salary bar. I never recommend anyone to join that institution unless & until there is a change in their working style. One more thing I like to add there was the reaching fixed but no fixed time for dispersal. It was a shop of politics tool....Read More
