Love the work culture,very much professional yet each one of us gets a chance to prove ourselves,management was extremely supportive,in fact have never seen such teacher/staff friendly management,company policies are employee friendly,overall an extremely happy experience.

The director of the company is really cool. Working culture is also good here. Job security is there for the employees. Weekends are off. Celebrations happens too. I like that people are friendly and make everyone comfortable.

Dislikes

Few seniors take advantage of youngsters work, pressuring, not appreciating and mistreat and mood swings happens all the time. The salary package is different for the same position. But few of the seniors are really good. I think they must work on the salary package. It must be hierarchial packages, unnecessary new and build their own hierarchies....Read More

Work Details

Work life could be better if the colleagues should appreciate each other's work instead of having jealousy as some seniors give them authority to do. Otherwise Jaipuria Schools is a brilliant place to work and exploring skills.

Management is somehow good but principal of the school Dr. Paramjit Kaur is so selfish only wanted her personal assistant everywhere... Don't give appointment letter, relieving letter or experience letter.....Don't pass salary after resignation, deduct salary of employees is normal working culture of here</mark>.
