Average Working Environment, yearly leave benifit found okay.

Dislikes

Salary is delayed by 8 to 10 months, management found corrupted, management support only there relatives and added them with corruption. But rest other employees is getting unbalanced due to unpaid salary. Our career and financial has been finished after joining with this Organisation.😢

I love the company I am a part of a team, but i take so many responsibility during the job but there are no benefits given by organisation. If any employee take the responsibility with honesty then company have to right for provide extra benifit for employees.

Dislikes

The Work pressure is very high,& ERP programming is very old so there are so many times take for passing entry.

Simples is my First company, My working life start from simplex concrete piles(I) Ltd.My colleauges came from various cultural backgrounds, and i worked happily in collaboration.But I fill the Delhi Zone was much better than Calcutta Zone. Simplex in my heart I love this concern by heart.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

My bitter experience in Kolkata zone, some dirty people are play dirty politics in site.I fill that Dehli zone was very good than kolkata zone.I think I heard presently all zone murzed.Otherwise company is verr good.
