Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike anf bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I have experience of working in stores in Simplex Infrastructures Limited for more than 8 years. I would like to say that facilities provided by company is good to employees but after sometime it was average. Lots of things you have to judge and then act. You have to be a keen observer about what is happening around you.

Dislikes

I dislike many things about system of Simplex Infrastructures Limited : (a) Some employees gets career growth, some are denied. Eligible and hardworking are also neglected in terms of appraisal, promotion etc. (b) When an employee is transferred, he is not getting actual expenses incurred by him. Lots of cutting of expenses in the bill is done.
