For fresher sk finance is not good place because after joining Area manger expected you to do any thing without give you time for learn he is knowing operation team as like as machine so if u experience holder you can be do and if you want to continue 1 yr here this is may be possible because here your backoffice reporting manger is sales team sk finance is a sales based company .in Delhi SPM mr gurudatta Sharma harrasses the operation team and taken work from operation team from. 9:30 to 10:10pm everyday and if you complain to reginal Hr Mr Rakesh Rai he can't take action against him due to he is scare of sales team. So in Delhi region Mr jaipal singh and gurudatta Sharma and Rahul Sharma, Vijay singh he is boss of operation officer.and salary give only 17 k to 22k only
