Collegues are great. So are the clients.

Dislikes

Company ask employees to come to center without clients during this pandemic. No safety and security. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Even the covid plan is bad. No one gets any compensation inface they deduct the leaves of covid from annual leaves. Salary is below market rates. Career growth is slow.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
