Very nice place to work and grow. Seniors are supportive and offer a great learning. No work load and pressure. Even in case of urgency, seniors help to achieve targets. You get incentives for your best performance too.

The work environment is productive enough to allow you to think and push your own boundaries thus you have a constant urge to outshine your previous work and credibility.

Dislikes

What I don't like about the work culture at SNVA is that the work culture in terms of working hours and work needs a bit improvement. Moreover, appraisal are slow which is quite a drawback of working here.

I write articles and content for the company that is allocated to me on a daily basis. The work often becomes challenging because of the repetitions but I do like my work here at SNVA.

Dear Anonymous, We take utmost care so as not to lapse any of our employees salaries. If you faced any issue, you must've taken it up with our proactive HR team. Why would the HR team would mark you absent even if you are present. We have an electronic punching machine, so we can do no such thing. We at SNVA try to create such an environment where each employee is treated with respect and dignity, even on the floor, people are sincere and avoid tardiness. Having said that, no company is perfect and there might've been an incident where you felt that there was unprofessionalism involved, but rest assured we have always taken care of it. .
