Likes: It's a place where you can stay for years and no one ever asks you to leave unless you are actually really bad at your work, which makes sense<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. We were never asked to stretch even on the bad days and the work life balance was well managed here</mark>.
Dislikes: Disclaimer: I'll be utterly honest even though being there for a good enough time they didn't give me a healthy exit but that's conditional basis your looks and gender, and this is not a rant but a true advice.
