- The HR department listens to even frivolous queries from all employees and acts on them as swiftly as possible. - The Projects (purely client-based) have more scope for your career development with the latest AWS and Microservices architecture tech. - The leadership panel (C-level executives and Delivery Managers) listen to problems which they can resolve and defends the team as and if necessary in client billings. - The Softura organization is going under a "TRANSFORMATION" where learning/upskilling individual employees are taken care of org and being part of the Amazon Partner Network (APN) to boost their relationship with AWS. - As part of the "TRANSFORMATION" org is now hosting GAME Lounge, FREE Lunch, In-house Psychological Consulting, LinkedIn Learning subscription and many more in the pipeline....Read More

- The projects (purely client-based) sometimes require you to work in US time zones, which can lead to some weekday overtime. - Because the projects are purely client-based, the SOFTURA leadership panel doesn't have a say in their process/architecture.

You can learn corporate politics from day 1. You will get obesity and other health issues as first year appraisal reward if you work with Softura.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. If you are an SSE or Tech lead you should work at least 18 hours a day to meet their expectations. Even you are sick and going to hospital you should carry your laptop. You should forget your weekend plans and personal life. They will treat you like slave. Indian Top level management doesn't have any technical knowledge so they won't hear/ understand what technical difficulties we are facing with US team. HR team is like Nattamai movie mixture guy no one knows what action to be taken for employee concerns. If you escalate multiple times to them about your work life balance, managers and project related concerns they will come up with fun Friday activities and post those pics to social platforms.
