I feel very happy to work hear. Good management team, good cafeteria, good recognition programs, appreciation programs, and other activities. I got appreciated in many times, like when I got hundred percent achieved in mystery Audit, and strictly shift timings, and when customer written feedback about me etc. Very supportive HR also.

Dislikes

Nothing is there to complaint. Very supportive Team in all ways.

Work Details

When I entered to Spar I am zero. But when I resigned after 3 and half year I learnt lot. Also I improved my communication skills, knowledge and also experience.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
