Company must be employee friendly rather than greedy and robot work. Such Company leads Company down.. and people thinks in india there is no future... and look for abroad jobs. We have to change.. Life became very difficult 💔

There is no leadership quality and HR and MANAGER don't have any power for decision makeing.. It's like a micro management by head office Delhi.
