This is the first time when i joined and resigned from the company in 1 day, there no professionalism at all the HR will tell you something diffrent while taking interview and when you will join at the property you will see the real scene. They will hire 1 captain in the name of manager for 600rooms which is hostel, your life security is in your hand you can be beaten, mollested by the students living in hostel. Nothing to really like about Stanzaliving they live in their own world with their own rules. Older ones in Sr.management never want a new person to grow.heights of insecurity, back biting and politics.They portray them self as one of the best organisation on planet. So, please be careful before applying here. They are just trying to make their investors happy and very soon this bubble will burst most impacted companey in Covid-19 cricis. Many properties in delhi,dehradun, noida been shut or properties like laxminagar delhi are empty no one wants to enroll with them. Infact They are forcefully sending employees out for work for sales and marketing work in current situation as well. also laying off people without reasons. HR's are just playing a puppet role, obeying their masters, they hv nothing to do with the employees they don't even listen though before layoff....Read More

They don't even sit and talk to people anindya Dutta and Sandeep Dalmia or few of their old puppets like Sahil chopra, Ranju, Sahil ludhani, Pranjal. are just making policies day and night to please their funding masters, they actually shout on the floor and don't listen to their colleagues, no time balance, talk illogical matters as per their convinience. They are just laying off people without any logical reasons just making fake reports of non proformance at the time of Covid crisis, and sending a message to the world that stanzalivig is a safest organisation, They don't listen to the issues, there are hundreds of examples in recent time. They are playing with careers. HR works as management puppet Rajat who heads the HR and his other colleges only please their maters day and night....Read More

The only thing is, whoever works in stanza living gets paid on time, while at the same time there is no guarantee for your job. whenever management plans to remove an employee, they do without any valid reason.

Some managers don't have any on ground work knowledge, They serve with just their qualifications or language skills. The company doesn't give any training for new joiners (Some time whoever lucky they'll get training).
