The company needs to improve towards their culture. Need to implements some new ideas & try to retain the talent. Compensation & Benefits structure need to improve.

Growth is the company is very slow. Policy of the company is not defined.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire HR and life cycle of employee.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Owners are very polite n reachable. all the HR heads are very focused. Always work for the betterment of the company n employees.

Dislikes

Some employee who hv less knowledge about the industries bz they never worked in other companies , seating on top , manipulating thing for their benifit or for their convenience. Dont want that the culture of the company n environment change.
