It's a great experience working with state street. I had join as a freshers and became a senior associate with in 3years. I have learned many things being an employee.

Dislikes

State Street doesn't provide us with great amount of hikes or bonus. The ultimate goal of an individual is to grow by having good amount of experience with minimal benefits.

Work Details

Being a senior associate I have been taking the extra activites like managing the team by allocating the work and helping the team if they are having lack of knowledge about the work by giving tranings and helping them by solving the doubts

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
