What I liked about working at Suma Soft BPO was the structured work environment and the strong emphasis on teamwork. The company provided good initial training and support, which helped me feel confident.

Terrible company to work for. Management is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. They consistently break promises, fail to communicate effectively, and prioritize their own interests over employees well-being. The work environment is hostile and unsupportive, with constant stress, long hours, and unrealistic expectations</mark>. There are no opportunities for growth or development, and employees are not valued or recognized for their contributions. The company's leadership is out of touch with the needs and concerns of its employees, and there is a clear lack of empathy and understanding.
