In the beginning you will like this. But nothing much to like. You can get good colleagues.

Dislikes

For technical Support job I suggest everyone that please don't join this organization. It's better to stay unemployed rather than joining this organization. Learn new technologies instead of joining this company. You will never get leaves even your family member passed away. They will just say we can't grant you leave even our leaves are pending. Terrible people.

Internal gossips of team mates and dominating nature of senior colleagues about new joined employee and misunderstanding by management about their employees.

I have worked with suma soft more than 8 months. My profile was support engineer. I had work regarding severs handling, firewall management, daily attendance record monitoring, hardware and software issues, desktop issues , networking related issues.
