Good salary growth, company culture,integrity policy best in the pharmaceutical industry . Sun pharma has set a benchmark by moving against the waves. The way Indian pharmaceutical companies are now moving for getting shortterm business is completely detrimental for future .i feel proud to be stand out from them being sunpharma employees.

Dislikes

Some time work life balance for field employees. But its common for entire private sector workforce. So you can ignore . My suggestion for alternate Saturday off can change massively interms of work life balance for field sales employees.It would boost productivity.
