Some of the Colleagues are co-operative. Management also very co-operative. Personally looks in to upgrading the staff.

Dislikes

The only one black dot in Sydler is Sandip Deshpande. One of the most politics doing employee. He himself a zero knowledgeable person and sydler kept him as Plant Head. He use to target the employees and kick them off to fulfill his personal ego. Most non-teamworking plant head. He live and every time making working environment toxic. He does ego-driven actions, including misleading management about employees. Keep employees under pressure. Offer salary below the company standards. Many more can say about this person. Dislikes

Never work under illiterate plant head Deshpande and his Chamcha Abhay,Adinath. Totally waste of time no knowledge to gain.Mechanical guys please don't go over there for interview even don't join the company.They are expecting high work efficiency in 2.4 lpa salary.Worked 12 to 14 hrs for company but due to deshpande politics I left the company.

They reliving employees from their job directly. They don't pay pending salaries and they don't fund to PF as well.. Forget about health Esic or health benefits..

Their behaviour is bad, provided salary are neglected, no food to employee , no health scheme, no official vehicle , bad support, own travel charge, Low quality, work environment is poor, High work load, Managers and high level staffs are less knowleageble, illegal software using, they see engineer as labor. They quarrel for every one rupees. Highly back politics in company.
