The only thing I like about Talentica is it provides work from home

Dislikes

There are many things i dislike which are 1. Poor salary 2. Client centric (they don't care about their employees) 3. Very poor machine resources (As a fronted developer at least i should except good configuration laptop which works seamlessly but after asking for multiple times(exact 7 times)they did not give me good laptop. All laptops they have which are very old, speaker doesn’t work, poor performance, no battery backup, i have replaced my laptop for 4 times and each time they gave me used laptop which has different issues) 4. Senior doesn’t appreciate your efforts 5. Need to work on weekends if required 6. Work hours are extended most of the time 7. You have to do your work on time and you have to maintain the proof of it also by adding work log daily, 9hr work log is mandatory if you want 100% performance bonus. (Which is really annoying) 8. Very less salary hike 9. No perks 10. Poor management...Read More

The work-culture is awesome. Employee centric company. No need of emails to address issues/concerns. Can reach out to anyone over Skype easily. Good latest technology work. Freedom for taking leaves. Transparent communication among team. Learning is valued here. Promotion is quantified with areas of standard as per their competency form. Can grow to be a better self even in WFH.

Dislikes

Kind of difficult to meet the promotions early. Everyone is knowledgible in some way. Easy to approach. Work-Life balance depends on Team. My 1st project was very good in free time. Second project was really screwed up my personal life. It also depends on how you manage. Benefits and Other activities are really cool. You should utilize opportunities here to grow. Salary can be a barrier once you grow here. WFH is for long-term, but no setup facilities given for home upon multiple requests from many employees....Read More

Birthday Hampers and goodies will be sent on occasions. Quarterly budget to improve team bonding. once had workation. Salary adjustment to be on industrial standards, but still a bit low. Working hours are 11am-7pm. Creative work. Helping environment, surrounded by mostly IITians and NITians.

Dislikes

Startup culture. Sometimes we are not clear on what we are going to do. We have to plan it.
