Dislikes

While every company has its strengths,there are also areas where improvement could be made.some common issue might include poor communication,lack of transparency,insufficient recognition of employees contributions,rigid hierarchies,and resistance to change.these can hinder employee morale and productivity.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
