Learning is alot if you can work on various departments. Good company for freshers and less experienced persons.

Dislikes

The salary bracket & increments. And the "Sir" culture. Everyone use to call every next colleagues sir, which affects every thing related to hierarchy. It should be flat hierarchy to achieve fast moving successful projects.

It is a very good job place for girls. All safety rules are followed. The environment is very good. Tata Autocomp System Ltd. is the best for skills growth.

Dislikes

I have worked there and the behaviour of Sir/Mam is very good. There is one thing, when there is a block closure, everyone has to follow it. On that day, there is no work in the company block closure.
