TDK NVT is a good company. As they manufacture consumer electronics product job security is good as well as growth is good. Company is new with advanced manufacturing technology so a person related to shopfloor will have great opportunities to learn.Comapany HR is Good supportive as well as they will do everything in their reach to fullfill employee demands.

Dislikes

Their is Unbalance between personal and professional life. They will not care about your personal life. Very aggresive and offensive envoirment is their in company as Top management uses abusive and offensive way of language so can expect same from lower managing team as they come in pressure.
