All Colleagues at the same platform so the bonding will be awesome. Everyone will work and contribute to achieve the targets and desire KPI.

Dislikes

No structure in the hierarchy with the years of experience you have. No proper salary structure. Variable pay is much higher. Some allowance are paid annually and you need to approach to get the allowances paid to you.

Job Security and work culture is good. But, current management is not bothered about employee's freedom. Few company policies are not employee friendly.

To Stay at Kalyani, even if you can easily travel regular basis from Home, also management forcing people to Stay with their Family unnecessarily
