Bad founders who are pretty young and naïve Only founder friends are in AVP/VP position and above Irrespective of your experience you are made to report into people who are founder friends (The person i reported into has 0 edtech experience while i had 7 years of exp, I am reporting into a AVP who is my junior and VP who is AVPs junior and COO who is VPs junior batch and CEO who is COOs junior) - Broken hierrachy 10+ product pivots and yet to find a reason why investors are even investing in this company 120+ sales and 100+ KAM team has been reduced to 60+ sales and KAM team members Many have been forced to resign to the company...Read More
