There is no job security; they can tell you to leave the company at any moment with very short notice. They make their own policies everyday. I suggest not joining this company, but it's your choice. Job security is a very big concern here.

Dislikes

The worst thing about the company is managerial dept. They will see your messages but won't reply unless they find it interesting. If you want to apply for leave, they will see the message but won't respond. My suggestion is to remove this type of manager from your company; an arrogant manager like this is detriment.

Absolutely Nothing, Started hating the entire world after working here.

Dislikes

The company where "work hard" means "work for free". Zero pay, full-time grind? This is not a company, it's a scam. Their business model: leech talent, pay in “exposure.” Disgusting. Here “culture” is just a fancy word for organized theft of effort. Exploiting interns like they’re free labor bots—utterly spineless.
