Salaries you will get on time. This is not about like, but you need to be from TN to get good scope here else you can read below.

WORST APPRAISAL Linguistic politics (promotion, project, promotion, learning opportunities, onsite opportunities) everywhere. Weird policies. If you don't have project for 3 months you salary will starts getting deducted based on %age (incompetent management) Can't join your client organisation even if you worked 2 yrs before withthem. You can't refer Tessolve employees in next company for next 1 year, and during notice period they dictate what you have to do in other words they treat you like you are their contract slave. HR team is horrible I mean literally horrible, apart from posting on organisational social media they don't do any other actual work. Perfect example of modern slavery....Read More

No growth, career get spoil. Their main target is fresher, they hired in 4 L and after 3 yr it will reach to 6 L. This the strategy. Never recommend any one to join. Your time and career get spoil. And Out side also, post Silicon don't have that much opportunity. It's better to go for any design domain, atleast job opportunities will be there. They don't care about your growth. They want cheap labour not engineer. There are few team, where toxic work culture is normal and few team are good. It's depends on your luck....Read More

All good projects will get assigned to a linguistic T group. Because all sr people are belongs to the same and those will guide their own T group. Eventually T group is dominating here. others won't get any good opportunities with respect to projects. If the company(team) is not giving opportunity or exposure to you then that's a right time to come out of that team.
