Job Security - You need to work else expect to be relieved. Work culture - Extreme ends of spectrums. Depends on the lead you get. Management - Authoritarian Polices - Good benefits and infrastructure with a private sports complex. Good learnings. Flexible work hours. Good technology and products. Knowledge is an infinite pool here.

Dislikes

Layout people are considered to be inferior to designers by upper management. No scope for layout domain as designers are considered to be the best of the best of the country so expect some disparity. Compensation is below average. Hikes are poor. Poor work life balance - Data Converters Team. No extra pay for Sat - Sun work .
