I like the fact that there is a sort of dignity for each employee shown by the company. There is no pushing around that I normally see in newspaper before this.

Dislikes

There is a disregard for certain employee even if they will be toiling as much as possible while some lift only their fingers and get noticed and get all the incentives. In short, there is bias in the company.

Work Details

I'm a copy editor. I proofread and clean copies, arrange them according to priority basis and placed on pages with accordance to the space available. We are editors and we strive to push the most important stories to print.

This place involves a lot of politics & no promotion based on ur performance. Promotion is solely based on the no. Of yrs u spend in the company. Another disadvantage is that the company shows a higher CTC however ur take home will be only half of that per month.
