Good learning experience for freshers

Dislikes

Company doesn't pay salary on time. There's continues backlog of 7 months since long. Pathetic living conditions without any essential facilities e.g. fan, almirah, AC/cooler, table etc. Even officer at GM level have to share small room with common washroom. No coordination within departments , everybody is at his own. Only two Sundays are off in month.

Working for Jaypee Power has been a great experience. The company is totally professional in executing and running of their projects. The personnel here come from all parts of the country, believe in team effort and are motivated and dedicated for the organisation. The HR policies are employee friendly with right amount of work - life balance. Given a chance I would like to work for them again.

Well in my field of work the growth is limited.
