No clarity on job duties and responsibilities, felt like everyone is bitching about everyone’s back. Even the GM Mr. Sud, the head of HR is such a waste. He doesn’t know how to talk to anyone, i mean who has given him the position? I am just coming back from my interview I don’t know yet if i am selected or not. In a cab rn, and felt like let’s give a good honest review. Let me tell you, they don’t provide accommodation, and GM was praising the fact that they don’t give accommodation. This situation can explain how culture would be. Job security is zero. Though i am working for few years but job is not safe at our senior level. Attrition is really high. Around 76%
