Unfortunate Workplace Environment with No Growth, Favoritism Issues and discrimination based on physical appearances. I regret to say that my experience at the Leela Ambience Gurugram has been highly disappointing. The work environment is toxic, discriminatory, and plagued by favoritism. These issues have significantly hindered personal and professional growth opportunities within the organization. The discriminatory behavior at the Leela Gurugram which favors individuals solely based on their perceived beauty, is deeply troubling. Employees who conform to a narrow standard of attractiveness are given preferential treatment, including better assignments, promotions, and increased recognition. This practice not only promotes a culture of shallowness but also devalues the skills, abilities, and contributions of individuals who do not fit the predetermined beauty criteria.Name] has been marred by a toxic and discriminatory work environment, rampant favoritism, and a dearth of growth opportunities. Long shift hours. No in-out timings. No growth opportunities. No learning and training. No management skills in department's head. From last 2 years, HR had no conversation with the whole department.

When I started in 2018, everything was in good shape. Our ranking was also at no. 2 position. But due to the bad management everything has gone worse. Even though the ranking dropped to 13th position.
