Not much to add here.

Dislikes

They are focussed on how to get everything from an employee (including blood & sweat), literally a company that needs to work vastly on corporate mindset. During covid they made employees work 14-16 hours regularly if not more and with less compensation- even when the organisation had loads & loads of work.
