Dislikes

No collaborative work between multiple consulting services offered. Lack of proper management and work life balance. The managers are not well trained and not from consulting background which makes it difficult for them to allocate work effectively and get the projects closed on time. Poor culture and no work ethics. Lack of proper infrastructure in terms of attending meetings, being a client-facing company. I don’t like anything at all in this organisation.

Dislikes

The management has mentally harassed me by not allowing me to work smoothly. When I had calls with members from US market, they wouldn’t arrange cabs for me in the late evening, they wouldn’t let me go back home early to take calls. They didn’t have proper training structure to guide me. No SOPs, no documents, nothing. I won’t recommend going to this organisation. -10/10. Worst time spent here. Nothing, they torture you into working on even weekends, no work life balance no promotion and office politics on it’s peak, only benefit was work from home and that’s about it

There are situation sometimes you will get wfh.

Dislikes

There is less work life balance. Even at the fresher level the fresher needs to figure out what needs to be done for a task. No proper channel of work . If you are added to a project you are overloaded with works nd complaint from management is common even if you are giving your work. Reimbursement policy is worse. One have chase down the management for their own money for reimbursement
