TR is best place to work with regards to the company standards and the benefits they offer.

Dislikes

When it comes to promotion and hike, my experience is way too bad coz I don't think I was recognised based on my work. More politics were played. And the new TL who came from other company really spoiled the reputation of the TR. That is the only reason I left the company.

Opportunity to learn, few facility is good like having paternity leave for 24 weeks.

Previously, the work culture was good, but it has become very unpleasant now.Poor appreciation and promotion. A noticeable disparity between offshore and onshore employee’s, leading to a toxic work culture.

Good Work Culture, Best company policies that I seen have ever seen. Job security was good, Leave policy was best in the industry. You will get 39 Paid Leaves and 10 National Holidays.

Dislikes

One thing that was not good at Thomson Reuters is Salary/Appraisal. You don't get recognition to the work you have done, Someone else take the credit. And pay was tooooooooooooo low. No good hikes (even if you work hard- Legal Department). Pay will be Good In Technology Department.
