low hikes and low salary For getting into senior role from a associate level takes 3 to 4 years and salary hikes are given 2% to 5% no matter what innovation u show They kick away ppl by saying early release and they write in mail as we as employee wanted early release and not even allow to write a goodbye note to team mates No matter what we do, our work not be noticed Office politics is huge over here

I worked at Thomson Reuters for 2 years, after which they have exiled me from the organization. There is no Job security in this organization, work culture is good and manageable, management didn't help me in the pandemic situation instead of helping they asked me to leave the organization. I don't think a good culture is maintaining by the organizational management and staff especially Team leads and managers.

...ach person that will be useful in the organization and outside the organization. Salary hike and appraisals are manageable, there are many opportunities to utilize skills in innovations.. Planned and unplanned leaves both are excused as well.

Medical facilities of company is good. Compensation is good with good overtime allowances.

There is lack of job security. The process in which I was working for ramped down in less than a years time and the company did not accommodated me in any other department. Work pressure is immense and the shift timing extends to 13-14 hours a day. Managers were not that supportive.

...an employee will never be at loss as long they're with the firm. Huge cafeteria. Fair appraisals,they good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ure but working in TR Technology is taking your career at least 10 steps behind. I was lured by good salary package and the brand name but I have never been more disappointed in my life.
