It was great three years back when I joined here. There are some amazing peers who are tenured Thoughtworkers from whom we can learn a lot.

Dislikes

The culture diluted a lot after IPO. It's a shell of the company that it was. No job security, no proper hikes matching the market and the projects are not that good.

Culture is good, not much micro managing. People are helpful here, project is given as a choice and can be selected as per career aspirations

Dislikes

Pay parity is an issue for now, hikes has been delayed and job security doesn't feel much after 2 rounds of layoffs.

Little too much show-off about work-life balance, reality is different. Zero job security.
