Fat, closely knit higher management layer, not much scope of growth if you sit in middle management or lower to that. Absence of long term, full delivery owned projects from some time. Unpredictable demand pipeline. No hikes since 2 yrs, so all sorts of motivation issues & dissatisfaction.

Hand to mouth clients of the company Hiring mediocre talent reducing the rapport of the brand The HR is absolutely terrible, imagine the utmost incompetent HR ever and then raise that incompetence to atleast 10x. Even whilst bleeding money the senior engineers have time to give speeches than to work and charge billable hours THESE PEOPLE HAVENT GIVEN A HIKE FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS AND HAVE ALREADY HINTED NO HIKES IN 2024 AS WELL.
