This company is extremely poorly managed, and there is no proper system in place. Employees get stuck here without any clarity or support. There are no defined policies, and the work culture feels like a disorganized family-run business. It operates more like a 'lala company' rather than a professional organization. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time here
