There is nothing to like as it was a nightmare to work here. Writing this review so that others should get alerted about the malpractices and will decide not to join if they get an interview call from them. The red flags were visible right from the interview process where the HR was insisting to appear for the interview at 9 pm only because the hiring manager, one of the founding members, had to attend a family wedding function the next day. ... And this is the favorite consultant of this company who gets paid a monthly salary. But same company denies to pay other consultants for their services asper agreed contract. In a nutshell, this company needs to shut down as it is not following any country regulations and medical device regulations too. Also, the employees are harassed and careers of honest & ethical employees have been wasted who were hired without giving them any idea of the toxic work culture and malpractices and egotistical founders. CDSCO and Maharashtra FDA must visit this company to stop the malpractices. The company has also applied for USFDA registration, hence US FDA must visit the facility and check the documentation for integrity before granting them approval. This company is the biggest sham for a manufacturer of medical devices.Read More
