Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

As we talk about the environment then its too good n healthy to work for and d best infrastructure i have ever seen also the team mates n employee are all well behaviour to all do respect and appreciate all for their work n growth.The company also takes proper care to all employees regarding health, safety & work at rather its a small post employee or highly destinated employee the rules n regulations are equal to all. other that this company have take care of all GAT during covid-19 lockdown all were given their stipends regularly as per mentioned dare n time that also without any deductions and that was beging very helpful for some during this tuff time of lockdown. Honestly if i speak then the rules n regulations are equal for all employees but one thing that i dislike the most that is about all GAT that the priority and some of the facilities that given to employees are not for GAT this only thing is that i dislike about torrent pharmaceuticals.

As per GAT the working life is not that much as compared to employees bcoz GAT is all about for leanring and training purpose.

HRs are responsive and helpful in joining and induction program. Department is very supportive.

Dislikes

System of company. Work related literature in online mode. Without IT credentials you can't do anything and as apprentice they didn't provide IT credentials. Also, you can't take inside any paper/notebook in organization for notes.

In my Apprentice Training I not learnt more about my field. There was no travelling faculty for Apprentice-boys and give to Apprentice-girls.

I was in project so my work is panel installation, UPS, lighting work, megger test, earth resistance measurement,etc. Also work in instrument field do validation and calibration.

I have working in a Utility maintenance department. I have maintaining the daily Utility and fuel consumption records. Preventive maintenance of all utilities equipment like Boiler, chiller, Centrifugal pump, Cooling tower, Brine plant, Hot water system
