Job security not possible because company is closed good knows whenit open.work culture like just go for fight between everyone internally. Company have no policy they only want work on 10min actually work done on 6monhs. Working time not fix to go home.some times you work after12:00 night Don't go catch flying arrow. Don't go there ever.

Nothing If you done overtime there is no facilities for food. Or refreshments.

There is no formal training session do your work form first day of your job. No one can explain working field. Actually manager even don't no any thing. I think I left this field.
