No values of tata , just a dummy company, older people keep looking for ideas to kick out new joining staff , HR never visit store , if something happens then will call to ho and will make you to accept all nonsense things which was not done. Third class management, one should never join such companies to ruin their life.

Trent is stands for TATA and working in tata company I feel proud that I was working in as TATA employee they have such great employees engagement policy which keeps your job security without any Ethical issues or any integrity they are not fired you

Company is very good but you all have to think about the ground level employees also because we are working in the store level and not all the store managers are same some of them are selfish and some them are biased with there favourite person with experience I found 2 managers with both the attitude selfish and biased one manager is very selfish for his designation that any problem any situation was there then he put this on the department manager and does not ready to support only think about himself. And the other one is the store manager he is very biased and he doesn't have the humanity. In other words I can say that just because of these 2 person I am forced to leave the job....Read More

It's good to work with tata group because it doesn't give the work pressure but also maintains the work life balance, so that you can focus on other things as well after your job.

Dislikes

Everything has its own pros and cons. Nobody is perfect. But in Tata's matter, there's one dislike that there's always policies and SOPs you have to follow. If you helped anyone beyond going the SOP, then you are wrong.
