They will sell you to any client for their man month only. No one cares for you. Organisation cares for man month & attendance only. I was there for more than 1 year & I was deputed to client site project, no one from office has ever connected & ask for my well being. They only ask for monthly attendance sheet for their billing purposes. Tuv is the one of the best Third party inspection company, Here we can utilise the work life balance very well.

The thing I dislike about TUV is we can't learn any new things further. We have to do our work and leave. There will be no increments in our salary.
