Amazing work culture, respects employees personal life, amazing people to meet, connect with and learn from. Even the managers are very understanding and most even look out for your career growth. Also very systematic onboarding and orientation for freshers

Dislikes

Salary is too less even after proving that you're a good employee for a year. Insurance benefits are alright but could be better. Should allow work from home more often when requested by the employee

Ubisoft is great Organization but financial growth of testers working in Ubisoft is not so good and increment is less. Overall I am having great Experience at Ubisoft

Dislikes

Hierarchy over here is friendly. You can even reach out to Project manager and Leads no matter on what position you joined you can discuss everything with your Leads and they also thinks about the Growth of their teammate and gives best suggestion accordingly

The work culture is good and collaborative. The seniors are helpful, supportive and mentor the junior. The company allows to learn and grow. The cafeteria is huge and good hygiene. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonis every year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
