Don’t join this company for salary and perks. The percentage hike and appraisal hike you get here is equal to the percentage of physical and mental health loss here. If you have no issues with health and work life balance then definitely join here but beware you will tested to your limits andone day definitely you will break</mark>. They fired QA but the QA managers are reframed as engineer manager and they are managing the development teams. You can think of how much they will help you if they can’t understand the work and technology. No learning opportunity you can’t even learn by your own as you will have no time even for sleep. Even if you will give 16 hours daily to this company you will be listen the words like your productivity is just 5 hours. Every team is being pushed to create AI agents without knowing the actual benefit and the area where it should be implemented.
